Sam Mizrahi is the founder and President of Mizrahi Developments, a leading developer in the Canadian luxury residential marketplace. Sam initially founded Mizrahi Developments, specializing in the design and build of custom homes in some of Toronto’s most prestigious neighbourhoods. Over the last 13 years, Sam expanded the company’s impact by working with leading global architectural firms to construct condominium towers with the same detailed craftsmanship as a standalone luxury residence.
Today Mizrahi Developments’ signature condominium project The One, uses architectural, design and engineering innovation to erect Canada’s tallest building, rising 85 stories above Yonge and Bloor. Making a mark in Canada’s Capital, in 2017 Mizrahi’s launched 1451 Wellington, Ottawa’s first full-service luxury condominium, that is already earning a reputation for pushing the envelope with craftsmanship and design, including receiving official landmark status from the City.
